Review and analyze where in the market your property should be competing and helping you set a listing price that maximizes your equity.

Provide advice on “Getting your home ready for Market” to maximize its value and sales price.

Measure your house

or subcontract the measuring of your house for clear and exact detailing of room sizes, overall lot and house size and where applicable have a floor plan drawn for the house.

Bring your property to the attention of over 12,000 local professionals through the Multiple Listing Service.

Site specific marketing, giving awareness to prospective buyers.

Take photographs of your house, which may include Interior/exterior shots and views.

Feature Sheets

Design and layout a “Feature Sheet” for the house highlighting the features of your house in detail, including photography.

Conduct Agent’s Open House to introduce your house to the North Shore Real Estate Agents and host Public Weekend Open House to introduce your house to the Public on the weekends at your convenience.

Book appointments with Buyers and in response to cooperating Realtors.

Respond to and follow-up on all showings to obtain the Buyer’s response.

Receive offers from any cooperating agents, informing them of all such information that will aid in the preparation of any offer for your home.

Negotiate all offers, covering all the details, protecting your rights and helping get the important dates to be the most beneficial to you in the process. Organize appointments for viewing by Appraisers, Inspectors, Friends and family.

Send all documentation to your lawyer to conduct the Title Transfer and notify them of all parties to the transaction including Buyer’s lawyer or Notary Public.

Communicate with you on all topics concerning the marketing and sale of your home.

Advertise the property to the general public which may include; advertisements in local Newspapers such as the North Shore News, Realtylink, and my website, www.Hamzehali.com, realtor.ca, and realtylink.org.
