Receive offers from any cooperating agents, informing them of all such information that will aid in the preparation of any offer for your home.
Negotiate all offers, covering all the details, protecting your rights and helping get the important dates to be the most beneficial to you in the process. Organize appointments for viewing by Appraisers, Inspectors, Friends and family.
Send all documentation to your lawyer to conduct the Title Transfer and notify them of all parties to the transaction including Buyer’s lawyer or Notary Public.
Communicate with you on all topics concerning the marketing and sale of your home.
Advertise the property to the general public which may include; advertisements in local Newspapers such as the North Shore News, Realtylink, and my website, www.Hamzehali.com, realtor.ca, and realtylink.org.
